Joe’s journey is to synthesise the wisdom of ancient Eastern traditions with the best modern Western scientific research into diet, nutrition, ancient origins, psychology, breathing, meditation, movement and spirituality. Joe works tirelessly as a Health Practitioner to educate through seminars, events, workshops and retreats, he works daily with clients in one on one consultation & personal training session, presents workshops all around Australia and holds International retreats.
Joe continues to present health seminars in our high schools, in private corporations and small businesses, whilst Joe shares freely his knowledge and passion within the local community.
Joe has a free spirited wife Ashton who is a qualified conservationist and passionate nature educator, they have four young children and spend their free time as outdoor adventurers fishing, diving, surfing, in permaculture, training in martial arts, building creative projects, hunting, rock climbing, mountain bike riding, skating, camping, practicing bushcraft and survival, tracking, foraging, and hanging out with their Kelpie dog, friends and family, exploring this gorgeous planet we know as mother earth.
